Fort Kent - Bonita Raymond, 76, passed away at her residence on March 26, 2019. She was born on May 2, 1942, daughter of Jessie and Mamie Theriault.
Bonita was always focused on her family whom she loved spending time with. She was known to be an avid gardener and could always be found tending to her plants and flowers.
Bonita is survived by her seven children, Gary Raymond and his wife Renee of Winslow, Glenn Raymond of Caribou, Wayne Raymond and his wife Donna of Presque Isle, Wendy Vaillancourt and her husband Michael of Fort Kent, Steven Raymond of Hermon, Brian Raymond and his wife Kendra of Hermon, and Jeffrey Raymond and his wife Deirdre of Washington D.C.; 13 grandchildren, Christopher, Nicholas, Rebekkah, Zachary, Mason, Kaylyn, Nathan, Kent, Neily, Nolan, Kristany, Nora, and Ronan; two great-grandchildren, Jayce and Caleb; her Mother, Mamie Theriault of Fort Kent; one sister, Ruth Bouchard and her husband Magella of Fort Kent; along with many nieces and nephews. Bonita was predeceased by her beloved husband Patrick Raymond, and her Father Jessie Theriault.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11am on Friday, March 29, 2019 at the St. Louis Church in Fort Kent. Family and friends may call at Lajoie-Daigle Funeral Home from 9 - 10:45am the morning of the service. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Bonita's name may be made to the Edgar J.
